Cambridge Women's Aid is entirely reliant on donations from kind individuals and groups to help meet the basic needs of women and children in crisis.
Please note that we are temporarily unable to accept donations of physical items, and have closed our Amazon wish list for now. However, we greatly appreciate donations of money or supermarket vouchers at this time so we can keep supporting women and children to meet their needs.
You can support us by sending us a donation using the donate button on this page. If you would prefer to send us a cheque, please make it payable to Cambridge Women's Aid and send it to CWA, P O Box 302, Cambridge, CB1 1EA.
If you are able to offer supermarket vouchers to allow women to do a weekly grocery shop, please post these to CWA, P O Box 302, Cambridge CB1 1EA. Thank you for your support.

Read stories of families living in the refuge and how donated funds and items made a huge difference to their experience.
CWA helps to provide presents and other items to help our families celebrate. Donations help ensure that no-one misses out no matter what difficulties are in their life. Find out what donations we need the most.
Leaving a gift to Cambridge Women's Aid would help us to help the families who rely on us. We recommend you speak to a solicitor if you are writing or changing your will. Please don't forget include the full name of the charity, Cambridge Women's Aid and our Registered Charity Number 1137602. There is more information about how you can do this on our Leave a Legacy page.
CWA does not have a general volunteering programme. We do not have the resources to recruit, train and supervise volunteers unknown to us. Currently we significantly benefit from service users supporting our work through giving their time. Occasionally, we are able to make use of a specific offer of help. If you have a skill or talent you can offer us, please email us letting us know when you are available and what you are offering and someone will come back to you. If you are looking for a women’s organisation that does recruit volunteers, please consider Cambridge Rape Crisis. They offer excellent training and supervision to volunteers.
